Coffee Table Essentials
A coffee table is one of those essential items that gets incorporated into every living room we design. The coffee table serves many functions in the home and is often the landing spot for feet, drinks, remotes and books. It is also often host of the occasional card game or casual work from home station. The coffee table is a great place to add interest to a room by layering in some of your favorite accessories. With this in mind, we love to style our coffee tables with functional decor that can serve a purpose, such as decorative bowls or boxes to store the remote, etc. Coffee tables are the perfect place to switch up your decor and give it a fresh, new look! Changes in the season make it the ideal time to switch up your accessories because with the change of weather comes a change of mood. During the winter season we love to bring in warmth and texture. A candle paired with some coffee table books along with bowls or vases are the perfect combination. It’s important to play with scale by incorporating accessories of different heights. We love to achieve this through the use of tall vases and floral arrangements.
