The coffee table serves many functions in the home and is often the landing spot for feet, drinks, remotes and books. It is also often host of the occasional card game or casual work from home station. The coffee table is a great place to add interest to a room by layering in some of your favorite accessories.

In the world of project updates, we’ve got some exciting things happening. Our Murphy’s Meadows project has just about wrapped up, we are waiting on one roman shade for the bathroom and then we will be able to schedule photography. Our Riverbend project is well underway.

The holiday season is hereee, and I have not done any shopping. Oops. I’m at the age where everyone in my life is either moving into a new apartment or buying their first home. So, this year I’m looking for a lot of house warming gifts.

So, I loveee lighting. I particularly love wall sconces. However, unlike falling in love with the perfect table lamp and bringing it home and finding the perfect spot for it.. purchasing a wall sconce takes a little more consideration.
